It feels like we’ve been through the wilderness to get here.

Honestly… that’s exactly where we intend to stay.

Wild Moose represents strength, endurance, resilience, and the pursuit of challenge.

It brings together a community of people who want more from fitness, people who want to explore further, push harder and build themselves into something more capable.

This is hybrid performance built for both sport and the real world.

It’s about preparing you for everything life, or the outdoors, can throw at you.

A MESSAGE FROM OUR FOUNDER

Having been involved in coaching and training in one form or another for nearly 20 years, I’ve experienced just about every high and low you can imagine. My ambitions of becoming an elite athlete may be long gone, but my ambition to keep chasing challenges certainly isn’t.

 

Now, my goal is simple:

To be able to say yes to every challenge possible, for as long as possible.

And ultimately, that’s the goal of Wild Moose Fitness too.

 

To help as many people as possible keep saying:

  • Yes to adventure

  • Yes to challenge

  • Yes to discomfort

  • Yes to living life fully

Over the years, I’ve become a huge believer in the CrossFit methodology and the idea of preparing people for life physically.

But one of the biggest challenges I see is this:

We’ve become confined to the gym floor.

Yes, gyms are incredible tools for building fitness... But fitness was never meant to stay inside four walls.

It should be tested outside.

In the mountains.

On the trails.

In races.

In the mud.

In real life.

That’s why Wild Moose was born.

The aim is to bridge the gap between the gym and the outdoors. Using both to build real world fitness that actually transfers into your life, your goals, and your adventures.
